BOXABL CEO: "Housing Is Still Built Like It's 100 Years Ago."

In a recent interview, BOXABL founder and CEO Galiano Tiramani outlined the company's view that many of the challenges facing residential construction stem from the industry's reliance on labor-intensive, site-built processes.

The company's goal is to shift more of the construction process into a controlled factory environment, where production can be standardized and scaled. This model has the potential to improve efficiency, reduce build times, and create a more consistent product.

A notable point from the discussion was Tiramani's comparison between housing and other industries that have undergone large-scale manufacturing transformations. While products such as automobiles are produced in highly automated factory settings, much of residential construction continues to be completed on-site.

BOXABL's long-term strategy is built around the idea that housing could increasingly incorporate manufacturing principles that have improved productivity across other sectors.

The broader investment discussion is less about a single product and more about a larger question: can factory-built housing become a meaningful part of the solution to ongoing housing supply constraints?

As BOXABL moves toward its proposed public market debut, investors will be watching closely.
