[Searching for Manwha] Help me find a Manwha!

I've been on a manwha binge recently. Basically the main character is a mage and either reincarnates or regresses into a new body. He keeps his memories of course. He saves the life of a noble who's family makes magical artifacts. He is in his teens, but the person he saves is like in their 30's-40's. The friend he makes promises to make him something for saving his life and invites him to his home. There, they meet a genius mage who is around the same age as MC. The main thing is that she is starving but can't tolerate food due to a traumatic past where her mother and brother died while starving. She is still the rising star of her noble family who I think specialize in lightning magic and the two have a magic challenge where they have to copy each other's magic and the MC wins. Please help me find the title!
