I’ve got the Leica itch

Wondering what everyone considers a decent first Leica to purchase? Budget is a concern, I’d like to max out around 2-3k. My daily is a Fujifilm xt30ii with a 35mm lens. Occasionally I pick up my dusty Canon 60d with a 40mm pancake on it.

I have my eyes (and all of my brain capacity) on the Leica Q but struggling to find one locally. I’m worried that I will buy it and hate the fixed lens. I’m new to the Leica world, so I’m open to any and all opinions! Ultimately I would love to purchase from a private seller vs KEH/other reputable camera resellers.
