I was wondering if someone could help me design a tattoo I thought of in my brain.

So this was just a random thought I had earlier while driving around listening to the Iron Lung soundtrack. I wanted to design a il inspired tattoo but I can't draw worth a shit lol. I wanted to have the eel in the background and the sub infront and somewhere on the tattoo have Mark/Simon in front of everything with the saying "It's not and expedition, it's an execution." At the top. Would this even be possible? Also color would be amazing in it. I can give more detail if needed. I'm sorry if this isn't allowed in the sub.
