Nobody talks about what hair loss does to your head - the inside part

Resource / Blog Post

When people talk about hair loss, the conversation usually focuses on treatments, wigs, toppers, regrowth, shedding, and scalp health.

What gets talked about a lot less is what happens inside your head.

The constant checking. The dread before washing your hair. The way a bad hair day can derail your mood. The weird mix of grief, embarrassment, frustration, and exhaustion that can come with losing something most people never even think about.

I wrote a post about the mental side of hair loss and how it affected me personally. No miracle products, no sales pitch, just the stuff I wish someone had told me when I was going through it.

If that sounds familiar, you can read it here:

I'd also be interested to hear whether hair loss affected your confidence, anxiety, or mental health more than the actual hair itself.
