Different symptoms in different pregnancies?

Has anyone had multiple pregnancies and had different symptoms between them?

My first pregnancy I was so sick. My second pregnancy I only had mild symptoms which I found worrying but told myself that it’s normal to have different symptoms, but that ended in a miscarriage. I’m pregnant again (only 6 weeks) and have very mild symptoms yet again. HCG is rising appropriately (yet it was in the last pregnancy too). I know I can’t change the outcome, but I just can’t help but think the worse and I hate being in this “limbo” stage.

Dating scan isn’t for another 5 days yet and I feel like time is at a stand still.
