"The winds quicken. Rise. Be ready"

Arenanet teased Friday's summer game fest again with the text "The winds quicken. Rise. Be ready".

Their previous tease similarly read "The wind stirs. The world shifts. Stand ready".

Does anyone have any thoughts on why they keep mentioning the winds? I think everyone is pretty confident that the artwork is depicting Orr, but I've not seen much thought in the wind commentary.

It could simply be a nod to GW1 winds of change, which was a mission pack they added on the lead up to GW2. Or it could actually mean something tangible (Dominion of Winds?).
