One Piece Episode 1164 free streaming site?

EDIT: Managed to catch the episode on https://cine.su without any buffering.

Crunchyroll is lagging so badly right now because of the new One Piece episode drop that I can't even load the main page. I just want to watch the new episode from this weekend without having to wait for a premium subscription queue. Any good mirror sites?
