Asking for advice for wound openings, desperate

hello!
I’m currently 2wk po to the day I had my extended TT/ MR/ BL/ BA.

I’m having a mental battle with the paranoia and anxiety of complications and especially infections during this healing process.

I noticed today, I have a small opening in my belly button along where they’ve stitched the new belly button together and I have two along the line of the tummy tuck incision- one being directly below my belly button above the fupa and the other being along the right side.

I’m unsure how to dress them (what the difference in wet and dry dressings are) and what products to be using to close them and keep from further infection (I don’t believe there are any as of today) and further opening or at least to promote healing asap.

Do I keep my abdominal pads along the incisions? Creams? Antiseptic sprays? Specific gauze? How often do they need changed if so?

My PS and his MA have said to keep it clean and dry, antibacterial soap and water during shower, using 2x a day triple antibacterial ointment and allowing it to close itself but didn’t say to dress it or cover it with any gauze.
