Any Food Court shoppers here?

Five and a half year employee here. I’ve been my warehouse’s primary Food Court shopper for over a year now. I fought very hard for this position, but the constant rising expectations placed on all employees of this company has begun to break my spirit, and now every day I’m exhausted and trying not to break down. I feel like I’m the underdog every single day, and the brunt of most people’s frustration and negativity even though I’m just trying to do a good job and meet expectations. There are no positive returns for what I do anymore.

I think I just need to hear some other perspectives. Are there any current or former Food Court shoppers here that have any thoughts on their position? Any particular experiences that made you feel one way or the other about it?
