GLoan Something Went Wrong Message

I switched phones recently. I tried to access my GLoan tab last night to check if my GLoan is due. Every time I open GLoan this something went wrong message pops out. I already tried troubleshooting using the steps in the Help Articles. It did not solve the problem. I don't know what to do. My other phone's GCash GLoan tab is working fine.
