What are the hidden risks and cost in building an DADU #Seattle

Hi everyone, I have an 0.25 acre lot in North Seattle with an big front yard. I am trying to build as many Dadu's as possible on the lot to maximize value for this lot. Are there anything that are hidden in cost that people usually fall for? And should I self manage or GC it out, I have built my last house with an GC.
