Noob RP Realm Recommendations

Been playing WOW for a few weeks, currently have a level 83 blood elf warlock. My only complaint with the game is how silent it is? I was expecting there to be a lot more chit chat in the more populated areas of the game. I play solo, and can't really commit to a guild or anything, but I would love to just casually chat with people using in game chat from time to time. I don't want to start over and level up a new character, so would a transfer make my experience more fun, and if so, which server is recommended?

I think I'm mostly yearning for the vibe of the commons in wizard101 back in the day LOL. Something chill, fun, and casual.
