I would like to request another review of my ban.

The message cited as the reason for the ban was:

"poland goats"

I believe this phrase has been misunderstood. My intention was not to insult, harass, discriminate against, or target anyone. In gaming and internet slang, "GOAT" commonly means "Greatest Of All Time" and is used as a compliment or expression of praise.

The phrase was intended as a positive comment toward Polish players, not a negative one. It did not contain offensive language, threats, hate speech, or any form of abuse.

I fully understand and respect FACEIT's Code of Conduct, which is why I am confused that this specific message was considered worthy of a ban. I would appreciate clarification on how a positive statement such as "poland goats" violates the rules.

I respectfully ask for the case to be reviewed again and for the context and intended meaning of the message to be taken into consideration.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
