How do you take care of your hair with hijab on?

Hi guys,
So I have been wearing a hijab since I was 6 (now I’m 22) and I wear it almost everyday. I prefer using silk and shaffon materials so end up wearing an under cap beneath the scarf itself everyday.

I have good thick hair with 2b-2c curls and over all have very good hair health alhamdulilah.

It’s just that my scalp hurts when I brush in the opposite direction or change my hair parting. I don’t know what it’s from because my scalp is very clean and maintained. I’m getting a lot of baby hairs near my forehead because of the constant pull back which is difficult to style otherwise.
How do you manage that?
