My experience with "micro-needling" at home vs. at a clinic.

I finally gave both a shot and honestly, the difference was way bigger than I expected.

I started with at-home micro-needling because it seemed cheaper and everyone online made it look super easy. It gave my skin a nice little glow for a day or two, but the results were pretty subtle. I also spent half the time stressing about whether I was cleaning everything properly or doing it the right way.

A few months later I booked a clinic session and wow... definitely more intense. My face was red for a couple of days, but my skin looked smoother and some old acne marks started fading way faster than anything I got from doing it at home.

Not saying one is better for everyone, but for me the at-home version felt more like maintenance, while the clinic treatment actually gave noticeable results. Curious if anyone else had the same experience or if I'm just easily impressed lol.
