Does anyone know (roughly) when the Tales of Nighttime Dreams event will start?

I currently have 4478 diamonds (I spent on the prev events) and am hoping to complete the task suit + all the suits from the TND (excluding the SSR cat suit) which would cost me roughly 12000 diamonds. I was hoping someone might know roughly how much time I have from now till this event so I could see if this would even be possible for me😭. Alternatively if I know it isn’t possible even if I skip all other events (only getting enough to complete the task suit) then I was just going to get the current running vampire-themed suits (as I quite like them, but I think I like the TND suits more) since they’ll probably cost more when they return for crafting (after however long).
