Recommended dose

I’ve stepped away from benzos for a bit so my tolerance is base line. My plug has 3mg bars of 1.2clobro and 1.8 flualp. Now i understand these are pretty strong especially with no tolerance but what should my dose be? should i do 1/8 of the bar? I’m not looking to blackout
