Tiny house on wheels regulations

I own some wooded property outside of town in unincorporated Lake county. I would like to have a small simple cabin as a weekend retreat. Building a conventional structure would be expensive and complicated with existing regulations. A tiny house on wheels classified as an RV would simplify a lot of that. Are there any county regulations specifically addressing this scenario? Would it have to be actually registered, are there limitations on usage?
