HELP! Unable to play games from Steam

Since I downloaded the new game “Operator” on steam, I haven’t been able to play my other games, including Operator AFTER the game crashed. When I try to load the games, I get stuck at start screen with 1-2 FPS. I have AMD and the most recent version is 26.6.1. Tried MANY troubleshooting ideas (I.e. verifying integrity of files, deleting games files and re-downloading, etc). I’m at a loss and need major help. I even checked my hardware numbers and nothing is overheating or working too hard. My guess is the drivers. HELP!!!
