I added custom fishing to my SMP and somehow it became the chillest part of the server

I released NobleSMP a few days ago, and one thing I did not expect was how quickly people started treating fishing like a little hangout spot.

It is not some huge build or crazy event.

Just players sitting near the water, fishing, talking in chat, showing off random catches, joking around, and taking a break from grinding. It has that simple SMP feeling I missed, where not everything has to be rushed or competitive.

That is kind of what I wanted the server to feel like.

A survival world where people can build, explore, make shops, do quests, grind jobs, or just sit somewhere peaceful and fish for a bit while talking to other players.

The server is still really new, so everyone is still in that early stage where towns are forming, people are finding places to live, shops are being made, and the world is slowly starting to feel like a community.

Your builds are meant to stay too. The main world is not planned to reset, so whatever base, town, shop, farm, or cozy little fishing spot you make actually matters long term.

We have land claiming, jobs, player shops, quests, fishing, voting rewards, events, crossplay, and a friendly community that is already growing together.

No toxic chaos. No reset pressure. No feeling like you joined too late.

Just a fresh SMP where you can build at your own pace, chill with people, and be part of the world while it is still new.
