My brother lost his greenlighting to a glitch in blox fruit

he was so mad and lost all hope , he is really devastated and I have never seen this calm and mute for awhile, he used to be active and talkative and loved to tell me about what he achieved and talk randomly to me Abt fruits values and demand and potential and reworks and his future plans in trading. He was dreaming of getting dragon and was climbing the ladder slowly towards it even tho it seemed impossible, he never gave up , he started with a Buddha, traded and dmed a lot of people and engaged in a lot of trades until lately he traded a kitsune and gas to a green lightning, he knew that it's value and demand was rising so he overpayed and invested in it , in one of his potential trades yesterday he brought green lightning to his hand out so other can see it and trade with him if they are interested, but to his suprise when he wanted to put it back to his inventory the menu ( store / eat / drop ) refused to pop up , he tried for like 30 min and the spam clicking on his m1 mouse made me pay attention to him and I asked and he told me the whole story from the beginning, he clicked anxiously and moved and jumped hoping that it would fix but then I realized that npcs are also not present in the map ,bathe whole map , he went to kingdom of rose port hoping that it would reload the chunk like a reset to the map so it can reload and fix it but nothing happened, we asked chatgpt he kept saying we have to reset character or close Roblox which made my brother even worried and anxious than he is , his face turned yellow until we found on Google a solution that said to go to another island so we went on , I joined him with my laptop in same world everything worked fine for me , npcs menus and fruit menus worked fine for me but not for him even tho we are in the same server so I bought a boat and we went on and suddenly what my brother feared most happened, a scripter bounty hunter spawned OUT OF NOWHERE and killed me and my brother which automatically meant my brother lost his green lightning forever , I was GENUINELY worried abt him , he kept starring at the screen for a min and then he stood up and went to drink water in the kitchen, after that he stayed quiet and I stayed quiet paying attention to his behavior , he weirdly unsettling was calm and mute which he is not normally like that , and then he went on to sleep at 9 pm which he usually doesn't do.

I researched Abt this and I found out that it might have been due to some corrupted part of the app Roblox due to the recent update , I am not as game expert as him in blox fruit but I really want to do something to help him gain his purpose and happiness back , I know he will eventually get over it but seeing him like this when I can't do nothing to help him as his big brother really breaks my heart 💔

Anyone out there reading this post please be careful , I am still not sure what caused this glitch but it sure is related to Roblox recent update since he updated the game and then played directly, please be careful and don't bring out your fruits out of your inventory, stay safe and happy please

P.s. in the picture you can see clearly his fruit when he was still trying to see if he can recover it and you can see clearly that the npcs don't appear ( location: café ) in places and areas they usually do spawn in

Note : for anyone wandering, the game was normal when he first entered blox fruit , he played for a while and then suddenly this happened to him when brought out his fruit , please be careful especially on low end devices

My brother 's day is ruined because of a bug
