To Lease or But a Rivian?

I am coming from a 2018 Tundra that I own outright and am planning to swap to an R1T.

I have enough liquid NW to pay cash and be fine... But Google AI is telling me leasing is the smarter fiscal play.

I wanted to consult with Actual (Human) Intelligence to see what you all would recommend?

In three years, I have to assume batteries and tech will leap again, and being bought into an older depreciating vehicle out of warranty doesn't seem smart.

My personal struggle is that I've lived that Dave Ramsey life and have paid cash for everything I own to stay debt free.

What do you say, Lease or Buy?
