cutting for the first time in months

only posting this because i have no one to talk to about it. i have cut myself in awhile, atleast a couple of months. I used to do it daily a few years back, and last year had a couple incidents but thats it. im back to doing it everyday again. ive been having meltdowns, im extremely depressed and have been having a lot of crazy thoughts that only make things worse. I have never felt more stressed out and alone and honestly i just dont know what to do
