I am done with vrbo

I'm trying to book an open property, and the website is giving nothing but errors. First it defaults my billing address to the United States minor outlying islands if I auto complete, and the only way to clear that is to start the booking process over. Shit happens, software is complicated, I get it.

I start over, and the site just spins on the processing payment page for 5 minutes, then throws an error message. It's done this across multiple devices.

No problem, they've got a chat option. Except it's ai driven, and just repeatedly says I have no bookings. After a while, I did get the option to transfer to an agent. Finally, or so I think. That option takes a few seconds to load, and then cycles back to a message that I have no bookings, which is precisely what I've burnt the last half hour of my life trying to change.

I figure I can ask the bot to get me tech support. It asks what specific problem I'm having, and then tells me I have no bookings.

At this point I'm done with vrbo, for life. Congrats, your buggy website and refusal to pay a human has lost you a $2k booking now, and more in the future.
