Blanchette suggestion, 4 or 5 star?

F2P player here!

Currently at gen 12 and my bear formation is Blanchette, Mia and Hector. Blanchette's widget is level 5.

Now, the lucky wheel will replace Blanchette next month. Before that, I was wondering, is there any necessity or advantage for promoting Blanchette to 5 stars that will be helpful for my bear?

Thanks
