Seeking advice, time to part ways with my 93 T100

I have a 93 T100 that is in well-used condition. This is not a cherry example like some of the beauties I see posted here; it's a 33 year old truck that has lived in the sun and has not been pampered, and it shows. Debating whether it's worth the energy to sell to a private seller or if I should just cut my losses and sell it to a cash for cars outfit.

The bad:

-Paint job is shot

-Wheel well rust on bed by gas tank is bad enough that large pieces have fallen off

-Pretty sure the gas tank has a small leak near the top (I never put more than a half tank of gas in it since that was discovered)

-The windshield is cracked to heck and can't be replaced without body work thanks to excessive rust in the window frame (large holes from rust, this isn't just a wire brush fix)

-There is some frame rust, but nothing insane

-It has the 3.0L V6 with 210k miles

-It sounds like it's misfiring occasionally, although it continues to pass emissions

-Recently developer a small fluid leak, not exactly sure if it's oil or steering fluid

-Someone backed into the driver's door, small dent and some paint transfer

-Tires need replaced

The good:

-It runs

-It's a manual

-The 4x4 still works

-It has a bed topper

-The interior is pretty clean, the dash is not cracked, and the seat is not ripped

-Clean title

-It's a Toyota
