Pinwheel red room is still more efficient than Night Marsh Complex

Pinwheel Red room takes less time to complete and requires less investment from you ( you can do it as a solo assassin ), also it drops Cryo keys that gives access to a very good loot ,furthermore inside the vaults you can use DNA which later can be used for a compiler bossfight

Complex Night Marsh : you need to get lucky with rng to get labs observatory key , you need to solve 3 puzzles to access the boss room and then you need to solve another 1 puzzle to spawn the warden , you can get easily ratted while doing this long chain of steps , you don't get any Cryo keys but you do get more golds ( if you get any ?). So far it only makes sense to run Nightmarsh Complex in survival mode or if you already have a good gear and just want some variety.

I will definitely be playing more of Night Marsh complex once I get a better gear but right it just feels pointless compared to pinwheel
