Festival Lead

I’m having so much fun playing festival lead. I recently started to actually play and have been going to local card shops around my area and no one else seems to use festival. I win maybe 1 out of every 4 games.
Are there any variants of festival lead that are viable? The only one I know of is the one I use with rillaboom, psyduck and rabsca.
