need advice for confessing to my crush?

We have been talking, and I wrote him a song, but we are long distance (he's from India and I am from TX) and so I was thinking of making him like a virtual journal and input the song in there? I am not really sure! But I'm really scared as this would be my first relationship. If you had any ideas that would be super helpful! Thank you!
