lazada item not deliverable

hii okay so does anyone know how to fix this problem, i have this item added to my cart and i was planning on checking it out when suddenly it said "could not be delivered" which is weird cuz other items from this store could, so i looked it up whether it was too bulky to be delivered or what but when i saw another item that was much bulkier- i could check it just fine... so i tried changing addresses- but it still wouldn't work, i'm wondering whether anyone has experienced this before and have you solved how to fix this problem?
