How to get through a rough patch?

We have been working through the hardest year of our marriage, probably harder than when we had our newborn. My husband is working a full time job and trying to start a business. I told him in the beginning that I don't think we could handle him working 7 days a week, 5 of those like 16 hour days, 2 normal work days of like 8 hours, for more than a couple months at max. Well it's been 7 months and we have slowly been falling apart.

I feel so alone in our marriage. He's constantly distracted. He feels like it's enough to be home for dinner 2x a week, and that I barely see him other than that. I'm not ok. I'm sure he's not ok either. He's completely burning himself out and has nothing left to give his wife. I have weeks where I can be supportive and where I'm burned out and my cup is completely empty. I want so badly to be able to keep it together and be there for him but I'm running on empty.

I tried helping him with his business but it completely stresses me out because he's on edge the whole time we're there and just seems annoyed I don't know what I'm doing. It wasn't good for us for me to try to help a lot.

I have tried to get him to commit to one lunch date a week and that just doesn't happen unless I bring it up. Actually one time he canceled on me 10 minutes after he told me he was on the way there. I got upset and he said, see why would I want to get lunch with you when this is how you act. If I bring it up and am super flexible with when it happens he can make it work. Otherwise, nope.

He's so stressed out he doesn't seem to want to have sex much and it's making me feel so undesired and affecting my self esteem. I felt like I didn't get much affection the last few days and he said, well I cuddled with you the last 2 nights. I'm trying to make you happy. This just made me feel like he doesn't want to cuddle me, just appease me to get some peace.

He seems to get so defensive every time I'm upset and being things up. He says he loves me and is building this business to be home with me and our daughter more but it's just so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when it feels like it's destroying us right now.

I think the main thing is me not feeling like a priority with everything he has going on. He can't make time to have lunch once a week or even have sex with me. I want to feel desired and adored and I just don't. I'm sure he's feeling bad right now too..it's a terrible place to be in.
