Amazon H1b immigration

Hi everyone, I ve accepted an offer at Amazon. It’s been over a month and the H1b transfer LCA is currently on hold and hasnt been filed yet. Because of this, I havent been able to join on my original start date.

I am worried that because I haven't joined yet and the process is stalled, they might revoke the offer. Is it common for Amazon to accommodate start date changes in these situations orr should I be preparing for the worst? Any insights would be hugely appreciated!
