Need advice 😭

I ordered through someone who helps people buy from Shein about 2 months ago. The order was supposed to take around 2 weeks, but it never came.

After I kept following up, she eventually said she would refund me. Since then, I’ve been getting different timelines every time I ask — “tomorrow,” then “Monday,” then “in the evening,” and then “as she processes orders.” She is still replying, but no money has actually been sent yet.

I’m starting to feel stuck because I’ve waited a long time and the dates keep changing.

At what point would you stop waiting and escalate this?

And if so what can I do?
