Cannot find my nuvaring inside me!!

I was trying to remove the ring to put a new one and it's not there. I googled and did the squat thing and checked with my fingers. Just to be sure, i wrapped a chopstick with a paper towel and unrolled a condom and poked with the full length and it's like the ring just disappeared. I don't know if it just fell out during peeing or something but I'm being super paranoid if it's still in there. Idk if i should just put in a new ring or go get checked by a doctor first to see if it's still there. Idk what to do 😭
