Is there something wrong with someone who gets real bad road rage but doesn’t have other non-road related anger issues?

real bad means like beeping for a long time and flipping people off, not like getting out of the car to throw fists (ok there was also one time where this person yelled at someone who took their parking spot when it was obvious she already claimed it and was just taking her time to parallel park)

does a person like this need anger management?
