Got a job offer at 16 weeks pregnant, but just found it's contract position

Hi, I'm 16 weeks 5 daya pregnant, and just received a job conditional offer.

I'm currently not working. So, for both finance and career perspectives, I really wanted to back to work, and was so happy to receive an offer.

But when I received a conditional offer, they mentioned as first time it's 12-months contract position not permanent. If I knew it's a contract, I wouldn't apply for it cuz I can work for only 4-5 months and should take a leave, and no company would like it.

I am still debating if it's okay to accept it. I didn't disclose yet I am pregnant, and I was planning to tell them after one or two months. I can work 4-5 months, but after that I don't think they extend my contract as I'm taking a marternity leave. Please give me some advice!
