How can ubi in good faith release a season this buggy

I want to start this off by saying that in my 8 years of playing this game, this has been the worst first 2 days of a season ever. Every single game I've played has had some sort of bug or glitch. I've had loadouts reset, disconnect issues, people getting stuck in bugged spots on the new map, I haven't been able to use voice chat the entire time, with no timeline on a fix, the most critical feature of the fucking video game. New ranked 3.0 is just 2.0 with a worse coat of paint. What people don't realize is that hidden MMR still exists in the same capacity as ranked 3.0. You just don't start at copper anymore. The elo gains are horrible, +18 -24, which is fine, but it's almost like UBI wants to artificially inflate the amount of games to get to champ. In the past, I've been able to stack and get to champ in 20-40 games, and now with my napkin math at 100 percent winrate its going to take me over 100. Doki has been 100 percent pick rate since she has not been banned and has forced other bans to be lion, snake, and Deimos in my high diamond/champ lobbies to try to weaken her as much as possible.

TLDR: Doki is a terrorist, even more so when you're in a stack, the bugs have been unbearable and unavoidable, and ranked 3.0 is a massive disappointment
