New period pattern

Hey y’all. I (23) have a long history of irregular periods, but usually I go months between them. This time, I had a normal 6 day period, spotting for two days, and now I’m on day 3 of my period again. This has never happened to me before and it’s making me nervous so I’m wondering if this happens to anyone else. I just started taking Zoloft a week ago so I was thinking maybe it was because of that by my psych provider said probably not :/ I have an appt with a urogynecologist on the 24th so I’m gonna bring it up to them but I need some peace of mind in the mean time.
