Rx 470 4gb saphire nitro+ i got a crash and hang out problem

Description of Original Problem: I got a grey or diffrent screen and the hole system crash randomly like i might get it after 5 min of using or maybe after 1h of using and i tried the same gpu in 3 diffrent pc and i goth the same problem

Troubleshooting: tbh i didint try anything bcz i dont know what to do
