New to Lolita Fashion (Looking for advice and tips!)

Hey, so I'm looking to transform my wardrobe into things I actually want to wear and like. I've been during a ton of research for hours already and I still feel like I'm at square 1. I'm hoping posting here y'all can help answer some of my questions. So, what are the Lolita terms? I see people say "coord" I have no idea what that means. I also don't know what all the clothing is called so if anyone could tell me the basics of some of the staples in the style that'd be great. I also would like to know the best reputable brands that are all budget ranges, and have good quality materials, especially for shoes and dresses. I am a shoe girl, I love shoes, especially Mary Jane's. I'm literally obsessed with them. So, if anyone could tell me some reputable brands for Lolita fashion like shoes, dresses, and accessories, that'd be great! Also, are there any places for Lolitas to meet and have tea parties? Lol 🌈🎂🕊💘 Any help would be greatly appreciated!
