Any one deal with adept health?

My partner got diagnosed with sleep apnea recently and was prescribed a bipap machine. We were told that someone from adept health would call us and then we get a quote of what to expect monthly and we were told we would be on a payment plan for 13 months and after the 13 months the machine was ours.. we have been told multiple things from adept health one girl said payments are only 8 months, one girl told her we are renting the machine and will keep paying until we no longer want the machine.

But they ended up sending us the machine without reaching out to us to ask us if we wanted to accept the payments for it.

The last one we talked to said something confusing and concerning. She said like most everyone else That the bi pap payment will be 13 months BUT that after the payments are complete the machine is still not "ours" and it can still be taken back? I don't understand what's going on. We have had this machine and I won't even set it up because no one can tell us what is happening with it.
