worth taking cell bio?

Hey all, this fall I will be taking orgo 2, physics 1, physio, and cell bio. I am thinking about dropping cell bio, as physio is supposedly a pretty time-intensive class at my uni. also, im testing in the spring.

my intro bio 1 + 2 classes taught the central dogma, cell organelles + membrane, enzyme + enzyme activity, metabolism, gene expression, genetics (a little), meiosis, mitosis, cell cycle, plasma membrane stuff, and evolution

should i drop cell bio to focus on the other three classes? did my intro bio classes cover most of the cell bio content tested, meaning it wouldn't be worth taking a separate cell bio class just for MCAT purposes? all advice is appreciated!!
