Health App Compatability - Any FAM users?

I've been wanting to switch to a dumb phone for about 1.5 years but besides cost, the other really important consideration for me is health app compatability. I use a TempDrop wearable thermometer to track my basal body temperature for tracking my fertility (I use FAM as my main form of birth control). I wear it overnight, then I have to sync it on the app on my phone. Are there any options for a dumbphone that can use FAM apps? As a breastfeeding mother to a child that wakes overnight, it's the only way I can get accurate temperatures. (Regular thermometer use requires one to follow certain rules to get accurate results, like a certain number of hours of uninterrupred sleep before taking temp and taking the temp at the same time every day - not easy with a breastfeeding child that wakes 17392916 times a night). I suppose an iPad may work, probably, but I've never had an iPad and the whole point of this is to attempt to stop dependency on screens. Still, I'm open to options.
