Post-Cleansing

The Veteran, Psyker, Zealot & Ogryn were all criminals and captured by the inquisition (IIRC) , but the Hive Scum is from one of the 4 associated cartels and there due to an agreement with said cartels, and the Arbites are there due to Rannick fumbling the ball (?).

But in the assumption that Tertium / Atoma is cleansed and isn't needing to be glassed, would the Arbites and the Scum be able to 'leave' , or would they find themselves being voluntold to accompany the warband to wherever next Grendyl decides upon?
