Crafting menu not showing help needed

I’m playing the (I guess) latest version of b42 in solo. But when I want to build fences, the right click carpentry button won’t show. And fences are not showing through the build menu. Carpentry lvl3. I have a hammer, hacksaw, nails and a screwdriver in my inventory. Planks and logs on the ground (even tried it when picking up).

I’ve searched topics, but all of those are b41. Or advise tools in inventory.
I guess it’s something happening because of the mods. But I have no particular special mods running that can effect building or crafting.

Anyone can guide me in the right direction?
