How long are the legends tour displays supposed to be out?

My walmart has already removed the display after it got ransacked after just a couple days of being up. This has happened woth a dump bin too. Never seen a dump bin at that location until a couple weeks ago. They put 2 boxes of cars in and never restocked it. The legends tour display replaced the dump bin, and now there's nothing again.
