Sorin, Ravenous Neonate + Witch’s Clinic

If [[Sorin of House Markov]] is my commander, is it possible to give the Planeswalker side lifelink with [[Witch’s Clinic]] ‘s ability so that the [-1] ability gains life? Thanks!
