Amazon Pay Gift Card from Zepto - QR Code Not Working

Bought an Amazon Pay gift card from Zepto, but I'm unable to activate it. The QR code scan is not working and I can't redeem the gift card.

Has anyone faced this issue before? What should I do now - contact Zepto support or Amazon support?

Also, which other platforms allow purchasing Amazon Pay gift cards using HSBC Live+ Credit Card and are eligible for the 10% cashback? Looking for reliable alternatives.
