Delta tattoo

Hello! I just had my video interview but wanted some clarification about the tattoo policy before wasting my time. There’s a bunch of misinformation about the tattoo policy online. From my understanding You can have tattoos as long as they can be covered with the uniform but what about if you have a small tattoo on the back of your neck, a tattoo on the inside of your finger and a full sleeve? is that automatically disqualifying? I am open to having the one on the back of my neck and my finger tattoo removed, but obviously, I cannot remove my sleeve tattoo. Also for the water training assessment, are you able to have visible tattoos during that or do they need to be covered during swimming? Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thank you !
